Why are you running the "Save Guiltea" campaign?
A few years ago, we produced one of the largest orders in Guiltea's history for Casino France.
Before the products could reach consumers, the order was returned due to Casino France's financial difficulties and internal disputes. We entered into legal proceedings in an attempt to resolve the situation, but the outcome left us with the entire order still in our warehouse.
Although the bottles came back, the production had already been completed in partnership with our producer, who had invested the time, expertise and resources to craft every bottle of Guiltea.
Today, our mission is simple: sell this stock, honour our commitment to our producer, and give Guiltea the opportunity to grow again.

How long does delivery take?
We carefully prepare every order and deliver it within 3–4 business days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every bottle is shipped in premium protective packaging specifically designed for glass bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
